Game crashes everytime it loads

Product: NBA Live Mobile
Platform:Android Phone
Summarize your bug been grinding the showdown and all of a sudden game crashes. now it cannot load my 95 ovr account. have attempted about 50 times now but to no avail. have deleted the app, reinstalled, cleared data, cleared cookies and still crashes before loading the game fully. No error message. Noticed however that when I create a new guest account, the game opens with no issues. EA pls fix my account attached to my gmail.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It just happened to my longtime account.
What happens when the bug occurs? game loads initially, and before it fully loads, game crashes.
What do you expect to see? full loading of the game for my longtime account.

    Since I was promoted to All star 3, i can't log in my account anymore. I uninstalled the game and installed it again but still the same thing, 2hours have already passed and I already missed so many cooldown events. This sucks! I hope I will get compensation for this stress. Please fix this EA.
