Game crashes instantly and goes to lock screen.

I've been having this problem since the start of December and I have tried uninstalling and installing the game again and that doesn't work. I've tried factory resetting my phone and that doesn't wor...

Hey there, sorry to hear it's crashing on you for all of our mobile games. Question for you, does it crash for you when you play other non-EA games with similar graphical levels?

    Are you able to login before it crashes and if so, are you able to play if you login through a different option like FB, Google, or Guest mode?

        @DJ_NoobKilla 

        Can you try clearing the cache for the app under Settings>Apps, then try launching it?

        Maybe try moving the game out of that folder to see if that has any effect.
