Game crashes instantly and goes to lock screen.

I've been having this problem since the start of December and I have tried uninstalling and installing the game again and that doesn't work. I've tried factory resetting my phone and that doesn't work either. My phone is Zenfone 6 with Android 11 OS. This also happens with Madden and FIFA Mobile. I do have the ID number saved but now is the question where or who do I show it?
