Hi, I've faced a problem that really bothers me and I couldn't find a solution by your recommendation.
The NBA LIVE Mobile suddenly started crashing. I'm concerned because I have spent real money with EA and now it seems lost.
Why I've got crash in the game every time when i played h2h or lvl, and sometimes season games.? It's totally not my fault and for sure not fault in my device.
After first crash, i lost my position, after second crash i loose the game, I didn't even get a chance to get back in game. Please fix the game, that i can continue play game after crash.
I spent days and days being frustrated, trying fix the game.
In less than a month, I spent 119.84 euro in this game. It was totally worthless because I didn't get any players that would be good for my team. My team ovr was 85. As soon as the game began to crash, I did not spend any cent more for 7 days.
And if the next day is not getting better and we won't received compensation, I will disconnect my credit card from paying for this game. Less nervous will be if I don't spend money, because then I won't be nervous, if something doesn't work in this game, I won't lose money at least.
Ea when you fix it, the game is now impossible to play, it already lasts over 2 weeks
