Community ManagerApologies everyone, I have no further info since my last post here and that the issue is being investigated.
At least remove the -10 penalty in league games for crash.
Make so that the game record the score how it was before 2nd crash.
We can wait on the H2H. the double crash and -10 penalty in league games is the most damaging one.
Come on EA_Barry. Your title is community manager. Since when saying "No news" counts as a proper community management ☹️
What happened to messages like:
"Dear community. We are extremely sorry about these problems. We do realize that it is very frustrating. We are working day and night with programmers to find the issue that causes Android users to crash. We will keep You updated on the progress, because we value You regardless if You are paid or free customers. If we fail to solve the issue soon we might implement changes to double crash penalty system in league games so that You and Your leagues do not suffer because of the issue. Again - let me apologizes and assure you we have dedicated all our resources on solving this issue

This would be managing community!
But I hope You will fix the issue soon. 2 more guys (paid customers) quit the game because of this ☹️
