I was redeeming POTW players, uncommon Zach Edey and Rare Cam Thomas but cannot find them on the rosters, and after all troubleshooting options, I cant find them at all. What is the best option to do when the game itself would shut down next month?

Exactly the same happened to me today at 15:50 MSK. I spent 13,000 Battle Trophies for Epic Steph Curry, and right after that I tested it with Uncommon Zach Edey. Both cards vanished, but my trophies are gone. My UID is 5472460. Even if the game is shutting down soon, EA must fix this store script and grant us our items!
