Product: NBA Live Mobile
Platform: Android Phone
Summarize your bug: Game freezes and force close randomly while playing LvL, H2H, Live events and season
How often does the bug occur? 95% of time
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? in my case, please try that:
1. Take an android phone ( e.g. Samsung Galaxy S7)
2. Put Lebron Royalty in your lineup
3. Put Brad Stevens (elite) as coach
4. Play H2H games (especially against a team with balanced coach)
5. Pass the ball to Lebron ROYALTY and drive with him as much as you can and it will crash for sure.
Note that it crashes not only when giving the ball to Lebron, but with him crashes happen 100% of time.
What happens when the bug occurs? the application freeze and force closes
What do you expect to see? To fix those crashes and release a game update on Play store

Thus far, our analysis of this issue indicates a relatively small number of players are affected. The issue is being prioritized and tracked internally and I will post any further updates here as they become available. Apologies to the affected players while we work on a resolution.

@EA_Barry What kind of analysis? How many? I'm a software engineer by trade so get as technical as you'd like.
Edit: One more question... if it's a small number affected, then why remove boosts on all new cards for all players?
I don't know why some of you folks are threatening to quit the game. If you've paid any amount of money you should be asking for a refund instead. The reality is you paid for items (players), and they are unusable due to the crashing, and will continue to be unusable for the foreseeable future since EA will not give us a timeline on when things will be fixed. If you paid for a refrigerator (or anything for that matter), and you weren't able to use it because it's broken, you would ask for a refund. The same applies to this situation. Where's our refund EA?
@EA_Barrynever responded to my last post, probably because I caught him red-handed... I'll post the question here again - if it's a small number affected, then why remove boosts on all new cards for all players?
I believe the answer to be this... the players affected are those with high overall teams on android. Some players on android are not affected yet because their team's overall score is not high enough. Knowing this, EA's fix is to introduce all new players without boosts and also without any stats that can go over 100. So those that are affected will continue having crashes, but those with lower teams will not experience crashes as they level up.
The reason EA would do this is they don't know how to fix the widespread crashing issue (which explains their reluctance to provide a timeline), and so they're doing damage control, limiting the number of players that will be affected to only the current users. Crashes also have increased recently with the introduction of new platinum players. Playing against a platinum player guarantees a crash. Playing against a player with any one stat over 100 guarantees a crash.
A decent temporary fix would be to prevent -10 points on a double crash - the game would still be difficult to play with all the crashes, but at least then you're not penalized for EA's mistakes. That's still not a good long-term fix, because the game would still be crashing in that scenario. A long-term fix would be to end the crashing and compensate all affected users with the fans/rep/coins they're losing or missing out on because they can't play H2H, LvL or live events.
What do you have to say @EA_Barry?
