Summarize your bug In Tournament mode, game freezes at 99% when loading both teams. You have end the game causing you to forfeit and lose $50 game money (which is bought with real money). I have lost a lot of money and the games algorithm also cause you to lose the next few games due to forfeiting.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter Tournament mode and find an opponent to play
What happens when the bug occurs? It freezes the game and you cannot play unless you restart the game and hope it doesn't freeze again
What do you expect to see? I expect to play a game of basketball versus another player

I just came in today and noticed your post. Are you still freezing in tournament mode?Have you tried all the steps below in this article, such as checking your device for updates, restarting it, and re-downloading the app? As long as you play connected to Google/Apple/Facebook your progress will be saved to the servers and won't be lost upon re-installing.
