Game keeps crashing
Games keeps crashing as soon as the ea sign comes.I tried reinstalling, removing cache , restarting phone but nothing worked. The app and phone os are up to date.Pls help

- The type of device you're currently playing on
- Your NBA Live Mobile User ID - you can find this with the steps here (please do not post this information publicly in this thread as this ID is private account info)
- If you're receiving any error messages when the game crashes, please provide those details as well

@EA_Solaire I can't find my user ID because the App doesn't open to see the settings. I've tried all the Troubleshooting tips. I have a Google Pixel 6 Android and the app just shows the EA screen for a split second and then shuts down immediately. No error messages or anything given.
