Game keeps crashing
Games keeps crashing as soon as the ea sign comes.I tried reinstalling, removing cache , restarting phone but nothing worked. The app and phone os are up to date.Pls help

Got a hold of a representative on my tablet which works and opens the game. Anyways, they are working on the problem they say they realize the problem "apologize" for the inconvenience.
After the season 8 update, the game no longer starts! After the EA logo appears, it exits immediately.
I already deleted the cache memory, how do I solve it?
After the Season 8 update, the game fails to start, exiting immediately after the EA logo. Clearing the cache hasn't resolved the issue. To fix it:

Good for them. I've started spending my money on 2K and I've just about invested enough (time and money) where it doesn't make sense for me to come back. Especially to a developer who can leave the game broken for so many people for so long and just not even care to send out an email (yeah they got our emails and it is not hard to make an email list) detailing the issue.
I've been unable to play NBA Live Mobile since 13th September 2023. It is now 23rd October 2023. Many others on the Play Store are experiencing the same issue out of nowhere and apparently it's been fixed but I still can't play and others too. It has been over a month. I am temporarily playing on my tablet. I really do hope this is properly fixed.
Despite meeting all the device requirements and keeping everything up to date, the game stopped working suddenly. To resolve this issue, try restarting your device, clearing the game's cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and checking for system updates. If the problem persists, contact the game's customer support for specialized assistance.
