Game keeps crashing

Mi dispositivo es un redmi note 10S, y ya tengo actualizado el juego de NBA Live Mobile pero no sé que sucede y no me deja entrar solo aparece la pantalla de inicio de EA y luego me saca sin siquiera cargar más y tengo o tenía demasiado en mi cuenta y ya probé con reinstalar y no funciona y es la misma cuenta, no he cambiado nada solo el juego está fallando

Hi I'm exavier and I have been trying to play nba live mobile season 8 on my android phone and it's not working. I tried powering off my phone turning on my phone I've tried restarting my phone I even tried to Uninstall and reinstall nba live mobile on my android phone and it still won't work.

Can you please fix this problem.. 

When I open NBA live mobile it's send me back to the Lock screen

Phone : Poco X3 pro

After updating my game to version 8 on the play store the game fails to load. It shows the ea splash screen then crashes to my home screen.

Any fixes for this?

I just downloaded nba live on my samsung phone and whenever I try to get into the app it kicks me out.
