Game keeps crashing

I'm furious! It's absolutely unacceptable that this issue has persisted for so long without any resolution! Your gratitude for reporting it does nothing to fix the problem!

I have a Redmi 10 and have installed NBA Live. It does not even open!!! As soon as the startin menu shows up, It crashes. Have plenty of memory... 

Every single time I attempt to load NBA Live Mobile the game instantly crashes and fro..what I've seen this has been going on with multiple users since September?!?! Seriously we have done every troubleshooting advice that EA recommended and even ones we can think of ourselves and to no avail.. What's going on EA? Are you ever gonna send out a patch for this or leave us hanging?? Cuz seems like you've left us all hanging by nobody getting any type if respond from you guys in weeks almost months... wth EA

Hello so basicly i downloaded nba live because its my childhood game and it would open show the ea logo and it would just crash and throw me out to the home screen i tried redownloading restarting device clearing my cache and nothing would help i watched a few youtube tutorials and it wouldnt help but the thing is i downloaded the older version and it would open perfectly fine but asked for an uptade i uptaded it and the same thing happend again
