We're working on collecting some additional information on this. When you have a chance can you send me a direct message with the following information?
- Type of device you're playing on
- Device software version number
- NBA Live Mobile User ID (more info on how to find this here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/nba-live/nba-mobile/find-your-nba-live-mobile-user-id)

Hi, I am also observing this bug.
In Multiple events the event screen gets replaced by the background images in the game.
This occurs almost every time I play the game.
I have observed the issue in Seasons, Arena, Showdown and World Tour events.
It is making the game almost unplayable.
The glitch started occurring after the aplication was updated to the current version (4.4.30, 09 Sep 2020)

This issue has started occurring again.
Losing stamina due to this in multiple events as we can't see what's going on.
The issue seems to occur every time the world tour promo background with chequered flag is part of the game.

- NBA Live User ID (located under Settings>Top right corner. DO NOT SHARE THIS PUBLICLY)
- Phone type (ex: iPhone 6, Samsung S10)
- Software version on your device
- Description and screenshot (if possible) of issue
