Hi, I am also observing this bug.
In Multiple events the event screen gets replaced by the background images in the game.
This occurs almost every time I play the game.
I have observed the issue in Seasons, Arena, Showdown and World Tour events.
It is making the game almost unplayable.
The glitch started occurring after the aplication was updated to the current version (4.4.30, 09 Sep 2020)

This issue has started occurring again.
Losing stamina due to this in multiple events as we can't see what's going on.
The issue seems to occur every time the world tour promo background with chequered flag is part of the game.

@pevexub What type of device are you on and have you tried any steps so far like reinstalling the app? - 5 years ago
Hi, I am using a Samsung Galaxy Tab S.
I have tried reinstalling the app and also clearing cache/data.
None of these have worked.
Every few days this issue pops up.

@pevexub Have you tried restarting your device? Hopefully that helps, it does sound like it's a visual bug though. Will pass it along! - 5 years ago@EA_Blueberry I restarted the device and still the issue persists.

This issue has now started occurring every 15-20 minutes.
Adding a few more screenshots of the issue seen today.
This is making the game almost unplayable and resulting in lots of stamina getting wasted.

Please direct message me the following:- Link this thread
- NBA Live User ID (located under Settings>Top right corner. DO NOT SHARE THIS PUBLICLY)
- Phone type (ex: iPhone 6, Samsung S10)
- Software version on your device
- Description and screenshot (if possible) of issue
