Getting kicked from the game

Thanks for posting a bug report! So far we haven't had too many technical issues being reported our way specific to this, so hopefully we can fix it for you through some basic troubleshooting first. Have you tried restarting your device or reinstalling the app to see if fresh data clears this up?
If you synced up to your account to Facebook and Google your progress will be preserved when you re-install. If you play on guest mode that progress is lost upon reinstalling.
I've also seen technical issues like this fixed by restarting the router if you're on WiFi or toggling WiFi off and back on for your device.

All I can do is play in the showdown. Missing and wasting several XP for 2 days now.
We'll need to get someone to look at your account to see what's blocking you from the other modes. Please go in-game to Settings and Help/Customer Service to submit a case to contact an EA Advisor. I'm sorry you're experiencing this and it sounds potentially account based that they'll need to take a deeper dive into.
