This with EA support is endless circle, how can I create in-game ticket? It always redirects me to useless link, where I've already submitted one case, for which support team told me to create in-game ticket.

Shameless by EA!!! Sets were glitched cause of their fault, not the players', and we'll obviously get no compensation nor anything. In EAFC, when there is a glitch or a bug, they fix it immediately and compensate to players and those who were affected. This is scandalous, after returning to this game after a few years, now i really see why it fell of so bad comparing to the first two or three seasons.
Shame on you EA, ruining the experience and the whole game for your players and community.
