Highlight, cannot be substituted for another lineup player

Question

Highlight Reel: I want to add a tip-off player to the slot to exchange for a Gold Road player.
The player is not shown in the player exchange item at all!
(It takes time to take action and the event time is short, but I wonder if the problem will be solved, it's still a problematic NBA Live Mobile game)

Why is Ray Allen listed but not Laettner?

Both are highlight reels.

Both players are visible in this item.

Shouldn't all the reel players be visible to exchange players?

Why does Laettner not appear on the exchange list for another reel and can't be traded?
Isn't that the developer's mistake?

Do you know if you have Laettner in any of your lineups? If he's in one of them (starting or bench) he won't show up to trade in. That's to prevent players from being accidentally traded off.

@EA_블루베리 Laettner is not in the lineup, Ray Allen is also removed from the lineup.
Can't you even see the screenshot?

If Laettner is in the lineup, why is he not seen in Harilight Reel: Tip-Off Exchange?
If Laettner is in the lineup, he shouldn't even be visible in the tip-off exchange.
