How to create an in-game ticket ?

Hello, I am unsure on how to create an in-game ticket for missing rewards , same process as EA help live chat? thanks.

Hello, i'm just asking... i have an issue with the game and the support ask me to create In Game Ticket.
Problem is that each time i do this, they don't receive game data. It only work once on 10, even less i'm sure... Why ?
