That’s definitely a cheater, no doubt about it. It’s impossible to do it with 95+ OVR lineup and he’s 89 OVR. Those cheaters are always low level like he is (lvl 19).
100+ OVR teams barely score above 30 points in their turns and he’s 89 so go figure.

but it’s best when you go on ea help chat and report it to an actual person bc they often close the case without resoultion when you use the link above.
