Hey, everyone.
We're seeing a large improvement with players being able to login to the game since the incident originally sparked up up on Tuesday/Wednesday depending on your time zone.
If you're still not able to login to the game with Facebook, we'll need to troubleshoot to determine what the cause of this.
Can you try the following and let us know if it helped?- Perform all basic device troubleshooting. Tap here on ANDROID or iOS for steps. This also includes uninstalling the app and re-installing it.
- Try changing your password within the Facebook app.
- Clear your cache for the Facebook app under your device's app settings.
- Visit your Facebook app and under Settings>Apps, remove NBA LIVE Mobile. This will not delete your data, it only disconnects the device associated with your Facebook account. When you log back into NBA LIVE Mobile it will prompt you to sign in.
- Toggle your WiFi OFF on your device and attempt to login.
- Try logging into NBA LIVE Mobile with Google/Apple on your device and then try signing out to log back in with Facebook under the in-game settings.
- If you are still experiencing an issue logging in, try signing into the game on another device for us to determine if it's device related.
