I can't find my claimed pack or player in NBA Live Mobile

I was claiming the Eye of the Tiger Master select 1 when my game crashed. After relaunching the game, I could not find the player or the pack in my inventory, even though it says the set is completed and the tiger tokens are gone. What can I do to get my player pick?

    Yes, multiple times. The pack isn't there nor is any of the players.

    Hi @37275382 

    I'm sorry you're having trouble getting as far as the support team. Let's see if we can get to the bottom of this.

    I tried to replicate it and was able to get past that page you linked...so I wonder if this might be a caching issue? Would you mind clearing the app and browser cache on your phone, and trying it again? 

    • For the app cache: iOS / Android
    • For your browser (assuming it's Google Chrome used on your mobile): Clear cache & cookies <--- toggle to find the steps for your device type

    Hopefully, that will help but do let me know how you get on after clearing out the caches,
