Right now, I play now and then with a borrowed IPad non updated with IOS12, but when I try to login with my IPhone Xs max, the game crashes

I’ve included screen shots of my UID and my current team. I’m not sure how I can send you screen shots of packs I’ve purchased. I’ve purchased a few and they’ve been opened. I’m trying to load the game on my iPhone XS Max and it’s never loaded. I’m currently trying to play on an out of date Samsung phone. That’s how I got the screen shots for you. Let me know if you need anything else. I’d be happy to be a tester for EA for this if you need one.
@EA_Barry My new iPhone is on ios12. I forgot to add that. I was using a iPhone 7 Plus on 11.4 I think. It worked fine with my iPhone 7 Plus.
The information you requested is below. Does this request for information mean you’re no closer to fixing the issue than you were when we first reported it? Another person in my household has an iPad and it is also running iOS 12.0 and NBA Live Mobile opens and functions perfectly so in my case, the issue isn’t iOS 12.0—it has to be something specific with the iPhone XS Max. I can’t believe this issue hasn’t been resolved yet…SMH.

I'm french and I have the same problem on my "iphone xs max" in ios 12. The game works on my "iphone x" in ios 12.
- UID (how to find UID): 129557321
- Device: iPhone XS Max
- Activity before the crash: I restored the backup of my iphone x to my iphone xs max. The game never started. It opens and closes immediately after displaying the EA logo,
- Device OS and version: iOS 12.
I think it's more related to iphone xs max (maybe its screen resolution) than to ios12.

Device OS and Version: iOS 12.0 since the app ain't launching on my new iPhone XS MAX, unable to provide all the details. But looks like problem is with XS MAX not iOS 12.
Any compensation for us guys who missed so many bloody days? 😞
Any update? It’s been over a week now....
Today is Saturday . No news until next Monday
