Well the game is finally running on my Xs Max but it's destroying my battery life due to heating issues. It runs insanely hot!
So idk what is this all about either ios 12 or this games netcode are not compatible.
@EA_Barry, @Bear311M somethig awful is going on with this app and it's compatibility towards IOS 12 and Iphone Xs/Max , after booting it up 10 mins later it drained 10% of my battery and the scalding heat moved from behind the camera to the front panel aswell.
I never felt this kind of heat from any kind of phone in my life and i've been using all the iphone brands up to iphone 6 and Samsung S8+.
So they finally got it to work and now you risk destroying your brand new phones battery by running it !
Maybe next year by now they can finally optimize this game that runs flawlessly on some of the cheapest phones on the market.
Abysmal dev support , truly shocked at what's going on.
Same here, iPhone XS Max running very hot from playing game and battery life depleted quickly. What the hell is going on?

Thanks everyone for confirming the issue now seems to be resolved.
I have no info currently regarding potentially high battery usage or compensation for lost play time.
@EA_Barry Scratch the compensation , this app is frying our batteries it's worse then before when the game didn't launch. This bug causes damage on these brand new devices and it's inexcusable.
Let the people in charge now about this issue and get them to release an app update ASAP.

Same impression I had about the heating of the phone. More my team is really worse than the others because of my absence for 2 weeks
Man this is really f'd up
- It is , it's unplayable unless you want to damage your battery.
@EA_Barry the game is crashing on my iPhone XS Max again.....and it’s still getting VERY hot when it was working. I could only play 5 minutes or so at a time.....what’s the deal???
