It would be normal to have a pack 82+ offered, because we suffered damage in the progression of our game for over a week.

As far as I'm concerned, I can not sell my iPhone x to finance my iphone xs max because the game only works on the x!

since the app ain't launching on my new iPhone XS MAX, unable to provide all the details. But looks like problem is with XS MAX not iOS 12.

Any compensation for us guys who missed so many bloody days? 😞

Any update?  It’s been over a week now....

Yeah this is rediculous. I’m an Admin on my team and I’m trying to help run a league on a device that is hardly working. I can’t text in app or even select certain things because they are squished together on the screen. My game play is lacking also. I actually bought this phone because I figured the game would be amazing on it. I spent $1400 on this phone expecting to play my favorite game on it. I won’t spend on dime on this game again  unless they make it right to us for missing out on so much game time. I should have 83 lebron and Shaq and half way to 85 by now. I played this game all the time before this happened. I just discovered this game a few months ago and thought it was great. Every day that passes I’m looking at the NBA2K19 game and thinking I’m going to have to switch. Sorry for the long message, but I’m frustrated AF!!!!!

I know how you feel bro. I thought they would have this resolved within a couple of days, boy was I wrong. I think we should be compensated in some way too. I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
