Is Open GL ES 3.0 required for NBA Live Mobile Season 4?

The game said that min requirements is android 4+ and my android is 6 and 2gb ram but not compatible why please help

    Here are the system requirements via our Help site:

    Starting in Season 4 of NBA LIVE Mobile, we won’t be supporting some devices. Here’s what you need to know:

    • When NBA LIVE Mobile updates to Season 4, you may lose access if your device doesn’t meet the minimum requirements.
    • You’ll need an Android device with Open GL ES 3.0, an iOS device with at least iOS 11, and 1GB of RAM to play. This is equivalent to Samsung Galaxy S5 or iPhone 5s.
    • All your progress will carry over into Season 4, even if you don’t have a supported device.
      • If you start playing on a supported device on the same platform (iOS or Android), you’ll be able to continue with your progress from Season 3 that was preserved.

    Have you checked to see if your Android device has the latest software update?

    So android device requirement is Open GL 3.0 only not android version ?

    I played NBA live mobile season 3 on my android which I really enjoyed. Upon the release of season 4, I was noted to update the game when I tried opening the one I played earlier. On google playstore the info there is the app is not compatible with my device. Am using infinix hot 5 pro.

    NBA live mobile isn't compatible for my device despite me having 1gb ram and android 8
