Keep crashing
After the latest update i keep crashing after i try to login to my account. Anyway can help?

It's upsetting to hear you're not able to get onto the courts and I know this is a delayed response, but we want to make sure you can still get into the game. Did you ever link up your account to Facebook and have you tried reinstalling the app since this started? If you synced up your game to Google/Facebook/Apple you can safely delete the app and reinstall it without losing progress.
We have some steps below that can help out players whom are experiencing crashes. Keep me updated. 👍

I can personally get into to the game and i was already linked through Facebook. My problem is the continued app shutdown when I press play to begin a match or event. Help

If you're suddenly missing NBA Cash please contact our Live-Support team via in-game immediately so they can pull up your account to add them back to the account.
What type of device are you using and what steps have you tried so far in attempt to fix it? Did you try reinstalling the app at all?
- its also happening to me for the past 3 weeks till now as we speak and its annoying because 60% of the time when I'm doin showdown it kicks me off and i lose my energy and game forfeit its not cool at all EA im not quitting but you guys need to fix this ive done everything possible and still keeps crashing and its not my wifi or 4g network its the game and its upsetting i love this game I just recently returned to play this game and om having second thoughts

Is it still crashing on you? What type of device do you play on and have you tried anything specific from your end in hopes of fixing it? We've seen some posts in the forums of it crashing in Showdown, we'll make sure the team is aware of this but if you're able to give us some quick info that is always beneficial.
