It's upsetting to hear you're not able to get onto the courts and I know this is a delayed response, but we want to make sure you can still get into the game. Did you ever link up your account to Facebook and have you tried reinstalling the app since this started? If you synced up your game to Google/Facebook/Apple you can safely delete the app and reinstall it without losing progress.
We have some steps below that can help out players whom are experiencing crashes. Keep me updated. 👍

I can personally get into to the game and i was already linked through Facebook. My problem is the continued app shutdown when I press play to begin a match or event. Help

If you're suddenly missing NBA Cash please contact our Live-Support team via in-game immediately so they can pull up your account to add them back to the account.
What type of device are you using and what steps have you tried so far in attempt to fix it? Did you try reinstalling the app at all?
