Keep crashing
After the latest update i keep crashing after i try to login to my account. Anyway can help?

this games crashes took stamina from me after paying for it... I super mad... am I going to get my money back or something

If you linked up your game progress to Facebook or your Apple account you can safely delete the app and reinstall it without losing any progress.
Finally after trying a lot here and there about my lost perks and rewards and malfuntioning of the app....I have given up!!! Not gonna play it any more since it's irritating now...RIP
Hey Blueberry, yeah man this is kinda crazy. Since the update this morning my game has crashed over 20 times already. Usually while I'm in the AH. I've gone through the troubleshooting steps you recommended but I'm still gettin kicked out regularly. Thanks

- What is your software version for your device and NBA Live Mobile app?
Do you know if it crashes if you're doing something specific in the AH or is it completely random?

I wouldn't say it's completely random. It usually happens in the AH when I'm refreshing. I do leave a few seconds in between refreshes as not overload the AH. It does seem to be a bit better now than it was this morning. Who knows man.
