Live Event Training Grounds Bug
After trying, speaking to about 6 different customer service reps & none of them being able to help me, I guess I’ll try here in the hope that someone can resolve an issue I have been having since the start of Season 8.
The training ground live event is locked & I cannot access it.
I know it has 2 pre-requisites and I had both of those accomplished at the start of the season
1) Reach level 10
2) Join a League
I am well beyond level 10 having played this game since S1 & was part of a league that I joined in S7.
I was given a suggestion by some of teammates to try leaving the group & rejoining. So I did that. It didn’t help. I still have the training groups event locked.
Can someone please actually fix this? Customer service just sent me around in circles despite me doing everything they asked me to do. They were no help.
This is a bug & one I hope someone takes accountability for & fixes so I can play the game like everyone else.
