Live pass and auction house

Yesterday I finally reached level 14 and I unlocked the auction. Unfortunately I can’t see any of the player that they are for sale nor can I sell any of my players . Also for 5 days the game does not let me open my live pass and I can’t find a way to fix any of those bugs
