Live Pass Purchase not working

Product: NBA Live Mobile
Platform:Apple iPhone
Summarize your bug Purchasing live pass, but my money is spent, but I am not granted the live pass
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The live pass will not show up
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen is like I didn’t purchase anything
What do you expect to see? Live pass not purchased

    Hey there! We'll make sure you get the LIVE Pass. Have you tried restarting your device so your account re-syncs with the servers? Double-check your Apple purchase history to verify it was fully completed. If your account requires another account to approve purchases, please check your primary account too.

    Every tim i try to buy the live pass it tells me there are no current offers available

    I have also tried making different accounts and it satill says the same thing.

    @IanHesler 

    If you uninstall the app and reinstall it does the offer show up for you and do you have parental restrictions set on your purchases?

    Ah, okay. I recommend contacting our Support team as early as possible so they're able to pull up your account to see if there is a reason why it's not showing up available for you. There is an option in game to contact them by going to Settings>Help/Customer Service. They can also be reached at Help.EA.com by selecting Contact Us at the top.
