Hello. Last night, I made a bid in Auction House and I didn't win the card but also I didn't receive my coins back... The issue happened between 21:00 and 22:00 (my time in Greece, now it's 08:45 here). The card was 112 Dirk Nowitzki Black Friday 2020. At the time that I lost the coins, the bid was 3,5 millions and I stopped hitting the auction after it came up to 3,8 millions.
Please give me my coins back.

Same here, but over 7 attempts and emails and hours of phone time spent with customer service, they only email and reply that they have no proof this happened. Better luck next time.
Community ManagerSometimes auction house transactions can be delayed, Try checking your messages in the top right corner if they're available there to claim.
If they're still missing after 24 hours, contact our Support team via in-game by going to Settings and selecting HELP. Select Missing Content as the category when you're filling out your case to speak with an EA Advisor.
They'll be able to pull up your account, check your auction history, and grant the coins if they can see they went missing.
