Missing Live Tickets Progress and Cards
Hello! I have a problem with my Live Pass. Over the weekend, I purchased live pass and spent the tickets that I earned, however then I realized that my ticket progress wasn’t reset to 0 and had me at 2765 tickets and gave me a 106 McGrady and never gave the 102 Robinson or 104 Malone cards. But this morning, after the maintenance, I found my live ticket progress was reset to zero, pretty much erasing all the money I spent with those tickets and now it appears I cannot get the Malone or Robinson cards even if I spent 500 and 1,000 tickets again.
