Missing players in the auction house after being expired

I have made a bid for Amway Court 280000$. Auction completed and guess what? I received no notification, and got neither the Court (if I had won) nor my money back (should I have lost). WTF???

Similarly, because I was too short on coins I decided to sell a dozen of players that I don't count towards my Line up anymore. Guess what? Auctions expired, no notification, no money gained and all my players LOST!!!

What on earth is happening?

Summarize your bug I had a handful of players go missing after I had signed on to check their auction house status; valuable ones at that (e.g., 85 James Harden, Steve Nash, Jimmy Butler(s), etc...)
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't believe that I am the only one with this issue, as I have seen another post on here having the same exact problem. But I'm not sure how you could exactly find the bug unless you notice it directly happening to you.
What happens when the bug occurs? Owned players disappear from your inventory after their auction timer ended and were not sold.
What do you expect to see? A return of all the players that I have lost. I would hate to see millions of potential coins just disappear out of nowhere.

I'm not sure if there is a way to get my exact players back. But if this is the case for a ton of people, could you do a full refresh on the auction house? Maybe they will reappear then.

Me too. Missing Drexler n Pippen.

Also, the auctions don't sell. Even 87 n 88 rated players for very low bids.

I just lost a player on the auction house. I posted a 88 overall Shaquille O'Neal (Finesse) this morning December 9 but after the 4 hour limit, I got no message in my inbox about the auction, I did not receive him back as I would have if no one had bid on my auction, and I received no money I would have made from the auction. Can I get him back or get my money for him? He was posted at 2,250,000 starting bid and 2,500,000 buy now I believe.

I already tried that first, but I am not getting any option to write of the issue and provide my user ID, after selecting option (report a bug) then providing my name and email. What I am getting is just an instruction to be respectful to the advisors. Screenshot attached. So please provide me an email ID I can send mail to.

same here, i lost 1.200.000+ coins by bidding in the auction and not getting it back. and also i lost Middleton(84) by the auction 🙂
