Missing players suddenly

I had Rondo 105 ovr from the July live pass and LeBron James 106 ovr Christmas in July campaign. All of a sudden , these players are missing from my items and are nowhere to be found. I suspect more such items may have gone missing which I may not have noticed but these two am pretty sure are missing. I have reported the problem to EA help but have been asked to get on chat with them but the only contact option shown to me on my screen is email. Also , I was asked to report the problem by seeking help from in-game which leads me to the same EA help page.

Anybody got any idea how to get this fixed ?

    @icetrayyoung Hey there, sorry for the late response life has been a little hectic lately,

    Your query is common, and I'd really insist you to check your lineups and sets specifically, as it's pretty common to overlook a card that is missing. See all the sets where 104/105 players can be put into.

    Also if after all the checking it's still missing, well I suppose the chat doesn't work as a contact option, you shall chose to email them, better by going to settings inside the game , then clicking on help and then to contact us. File it as a missing items complain, also provide any screenshots you have handy as a proof.

    But I'd really suggest you to check lineups and sets again.

  • @icetrayyoung Are you sure you haven't got them anywhere in your lineups, probably in the bench? Did you check your sets, might accidentally put them there?

    @icetrayyoung Can you log out, delete the game and reinstall it again? Don't do so if you're on guest mode because you'll lose your progress. And check afterwards in your items.

    Reinstall before sending a ticket would be a great idea if you're NOT on guest mode and it's not in your sets or lienup
