Even though I was ranked 1st in the GOAT event, I did not receive any ranking rewards. Originally, Anthony Davis with an OVR of 106 should have been acquired. Please send me the reward as soon as possible.

All of my posters were reset. My team ovr was like 95 and I'm a level 23. Now it made me draft a new team and it still says I've got 140 players but they're not showing up

I lost my Zack Lavine and Zion as well after the season ended. They dont give a * about solving this issues. Good luck trying to contact some suport. Better go talk to some walls, they will listen better.

• The type of device you're currently playing on
• Your NBA Live Mobile User ID - you can find this with the steps here (please do not post this information publicly in this thread as this ID is private account info)
• Which players you are missing
• How these players were obtained - did you receive them through a promo, event, etc.

Remember that you can use players from previous seasons only in your MultiYear lineup.
