Missing players

Missing players, coaches, jerseys and courts from season 8. We paid for these items and those who didn't pay didn't deserve to be PUNISHED. How else to understand this? Many of us got 285 MCCollum 59ovr, and the players who got it lost their bost!?Why are we being punished, I ask myself and you? I spend a lot of money and now it won't be like that if you don't stabilize the game and free it from hackers and cheaters. I am sending you one of the scammers and their actions as proof! And let this be known. We waste a lot of time solving problems, nothing is fair. I said it feels like we're all being punished! AND WE HONEST PLAYERS, IT DOESN'T MATTER WHETHER WE ARE PAY TO WIN PLAYERS OR ORDINARY PLAYERS. IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT SUCH A SITUATION IS HAPPENING AND THAT WE DO NOT GET ADEQUATE ANSWERS OR ADEQUATE INFORMATION TO AT LEAST KNOW WHAT IT IS ABOUT! WE ONLY GUESS ON DISKORD AND THE AGENTS IN EA-TEAM NEVER HAVE A SOLUTION WHEN WE CONTACT THEM.
