Monthly Master emblems reset

Summarize your bug MM emblems are still zero and not accruing.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The MM emblems are not accruing. I have accrued more than 2500 MM emblems on 3/11 and 3/12 and it still shows zero, so I am unable to unlock volume 1, Events 21-25 Marcus Morris.
What happens when the bug occurs? See above
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the earned MM emblems accrue in Achievements/ Campaigns so campaign volumes can be unlocked.

I started the Redemption Campaign a few days ago. Now that I have reached Volume 1 events 21-25, and with the full knowledge that I have earned over 2500 MM emblems in two days, I am still unable to open this last set of events. I checked the Achievements for this campaign, and it still shows I have not earned any MM emblems. It shows zero earned! Not true!!!

This is a follow on from my previous ‘bug report’. I attach photo evidence of the emblem reset. It seems to happen when emblems are spent. 

will I get my lost emblems back?

Same thing happened to me. I purposefully waited until I had 2500 emblems before i exchanged them for the monthly master. The next goal is 10,000 in volume two, episodes 9-12, and I’m back to zero.

Are you still experiencing this. To be clear, there was a recent change where Monthly Master emblems carried over into the next month will convert at a conversation rate, so not all of them will carry over. 

EDIT: Correction, they used to all carry over to the next month and updated to a conversation rate, but now Monthly Master emblems only reset at the start of a new season.
