Mi NBA cash is gone, almost 11,000 , there is only 937 left. I haven bought anything and all this nba cash is from playing this game for almost 5 years, and sometimes buying the Live Pass.
What can i do?

How can I get back nba cash? I "lost" 10 000 nba cash, and going into every corner of the game and the store, i shows that i supposebly bought a superstar bundle pack, which I did not (why would i, if im a +160 leve player?). How can we solve this issue? Thanks.

So, there is no ticket or something thatt can be generated about this bug/glitch? Im 100% sure i didnt bought that (its a newbie pack, which im not) and enven so, every other NBA cash pursache i have ever made, ALWAYS asks if " I am sure on spending Xnumber nba cash", and even so, after you say yes to that filter, they show you inmediatly on screen the items you have bought none of the above ever happened.
10,000 are almost 4-5 years of gaming, sometimes buying the live pass.
