Mystery gift missing

Summarize your bug I don't have a mystery gift to put into the set, even though I earned one
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to sets under season 4 mystery gift
What happens when the bug occurs? No gift appears for me to put in set
What do you expect to see? My mystery gift that I earned last season to appear so that I can complete the set.

If you were not granted a Mystery Gift token(s) and feel you met the requirements in the Fantasy Draft Campaign for Season 3, please contact our Live-Support team as soon as possible so they can pull up your account to assist. They have the authorization of granting these Mystery Gift Tokens to those whom met the requirements in Season 3.

The NBA Live Mobile team will not be sending out a make-good via in-game and our EA Advisors are well equipped to address this for those reporting Missing Gift Tokens.

Thank you again for your patience while the team looked into how this will be handled and good luck on the courts in Season 4!

I’ve been communicating back and forth with the EA team but not sure they understand the issue. By the time I hope I actually receive the rewards I won’t need Pro Packs because I will have a team that’s better than what I will receive in the packs.
Having 18 packs at the start would have allowed me the upgrade my team much quicker.

So the EA support team responded saying that I am not entitled to any rewards from the fantasy draft but without explaination (see attached).
Can you confirm that during S3 Fantasy Draft event that the popup would say that for every 5,000 points we should receive 1 mystery gift in S4 (to be used in exchange set)?
That was what I saw all the time and therefore I believe I should be due 18 gifts for reaching 92,000+ points.
The EA Help support service is an absolute waste of time as all you get in reply is automated type messages with limited to no understanding of the issue nor an ability to offer actual answers.
Very dissappointed!

Did anybody receive the mystery gifts earned in Season 3 during the fantasy draft?
The pop up said 1 gift for every 5000 points earned and yet I didn’t receive any. Did I miss read it?
EA Help was completely useless again and still has not told me why they say I didn’t earn enough points for this (I earned 92000 points).

If you earned 92,000 you did not meet the minimum requirements to earn 1 Mystery Gift.

Can you tell me what was the minimum requirements for the mystery gift please. As I saw it we were meant to receive one for every 5000 points but I did not see any other conditions added to this

I had the same situation and asking them for help is a. Waste of time. Their support is 💩 and you won't get what you worked hard for.

can someone please reply as to what was the minimum requirements for this reward as it looks like I’m not the only one who feels this is not correct.
