Nba live Lagging on ONEPLUS

I am using oneplus 7pro and my game lags heavily once I pause game go to anyother app and return. Game doesn't lag if I restart it.  Please help.  I never faced the issue inast 3 years. I used onep...

    Hi. Thanks for responding, but the article didnt help. 

    I just bought the phone updated it to the latest software. 

    Update my game. 

    I have 200+gb of storage free.

    No apps running in background. 

    NBA live runs perfectly when I launch it. 

    It only lags one I return to home screen or any other app and then return to app.
