We know how long you’ve been asking for a PvP mode which is why we are starting off with a beta. This means we need your feedback and experience to wrinkle out the bugs and shape this experien...
Your NBA Live Mobile team has been busy going through all of the feedback you've shared here and have taken the time to write up a reply touching base on the sort of feedback they are looking for and addressing some of your main gripes such as:
Lag (Connection Speed, potential workarounds & device types)
I was in the middle of 2nd tier tournament (3 losses not 2) I guess the advanced one. The screen paused, when it caught up the frame loss was so great the guy had scored, the time ran out inbounding the ball, the guy had scored again, the time ran out again, the guy had scored. I know this because I watched it all in fast ward. I noticed the ms went red to green and was wondering how to improve that to stay in the green? Its not the signal strength because I can see my signal. The picture appeared near the end of the game where I was more of a spectator watching a 2 min game in spurts of fastward game play. After this image I was informed I lost.
Since adding the pvp to game play the season and league play have also been affected. The basket net is shorter and the rim is bigger. At times the frames will pause, but only for split secs not effecting the game much. The time to inbound the ball has been haulted and you can't inbound right away. Even if your guy is right there. There will be times when your player dunks the ball and he disappears as the screen flashes like some magic show.
I am using a Tab A on 4G LTE Sprint Network connected to home wifi 57-72mbps 20 feet away.
I really hope it gets fixed is won't only be for 5G.
The idea of pvp is exciting but so far the results need better improvement. I hope the developers will let us know what we can do to improve connection and offer suggestions on what KIND of feedback would help them in fixing the issues. Giving us advice or setting up a form that asks for information I think would help them make corrections faster. Letting ppl post venting, including myself, really does no good. Then they can filter through the information and even run reports to compare relative information.
