It's just the start of season 5 and I already have lost too much coins from this bug in AH.
1. about 8 days ago I bid on 85 Tatum. I lost the bid but I didn't get my coins back.
2. 5 days ago I bid about 300k on 81 ovr CP3. I had over 2M coins to begin with and as I was spamming the bid button, suddenly I only had about 700k left, bid was just about 350k... I realized my coins didn't reset after pressing "get bid back"
3. yesterday I bid 1.2M on 85 kawhi. I was very careful to wait for my coins to reset before prwasing bid again... eventually, my coins just didnt come back again

I did and they can't help. this bug needs to be addressed by the gaming team. It's extemely frustrating to lose millions of coins that took you over a week to save .

The same thing happened to me too and they say they can't do something... How the heck can you say that to your customers ???? You don't have respect for us and we give you our money for a game with SOOOO MANY BUGS like it is a BETA app...

@EA_Barry On the start of bidding on 84 luka doncic I had about 3,200,000 but about the last seconds of bidding on it I noticed that my coins are not coming back, I bid about 950,000 bid per turn on 84 luka doncic on the auction house then when the auction ended I did not get luka and my coins were missing.

Please help us get our coins back because it is hard to get that high amount and makes frustrated that they are missing because of a bug

There can be a slight delay on the coins coming back to the account. Do you all know if the coins quickly return if you restart the app once you notice this starting to happen?

@EA_Blueberry coins don't return ever. I reported this 3 times already this season. I lost coins bidding on 85ovr Tatum, 81ovr CP3 and 85ovr Kawhi. that's about 3M hard earned coins

Hey! I noticed you were submitting cases as codes and promotions for the category. Please try selecting Missing Items/Content to see if we can get a specialist to review your bidding history.

Can you walk me through the process on how you bid. Is it by total random when you bid on an item, get outbid, and you wait on the coins to be returned or do you start bidding on other items while you're waiting for the coins from the other bid to return?

In my years at EA I've been on the front lines looking at cases like this in the past and I can confidently say most of the time (when I mean most, I mean 99% of the time) the coins are returned and usually the players reporting this have a high coin total to where they simply lose track of what's going out and what's coming back in. I don't have visibility on your bid history so it's possible you're that rare case, so I can only advise to continue reaching out to the Advisors for assistance while I reach out to the NBA Live Mobile team to let them know this is impacting the community.

The more cases we get the more account examples we can share with the team to understand what's triggering this to happen though, so always report these situations here when you can so we can gather data from the community.
