1. If you're stuck on "Watching Film" or "Ready for Tipoff" then uninstall your game and redownload it.
2. If this did not solve it, then go ahead and restart your phone for 30 seconds.
3. If all this does not work, then there's 3 things you can attempt to do...
A. You can update your phone to the newest version...
B. You can update Google Play or your iPhone store...
C. If this all does not work, then you should do what I did and wipe your phone. After I did this, then it told me to go to Google Play. (Optional)
I hope this has helped y'all. Most of this stuff really goes to LG or Android. If you have problems with iPhone then tell me and I will work on it too.

Fully power off your device to clear its' cache and then power it back on. Additionally you should check that any available app updates are installed.
