NBA Live Mobile crashing as soon as I start a game/event

I’ve been experiencing a problem where my game has been crashing as soon as I try playing any sort of game mode. 

I can mess around in the menus as much as I want to, but once I load into a game the app crashes. And just for clarification, I can load into games, but as soon as I touch my screen to try to do anything in a game/event the app crashes. 

I play on IOS and there are no system software updates that I’m missing, as well as no game updates that I am missing. There is also no error/crash message displayed to explain the issue. 

I should explain that I have already tried restarting my device, closing the app, and clearing extra storage space on my device.
