NBA LIVE Mobile PVP Not Working

PVP Grand Arena has been stuck on ‘waiting for match...’ for 3 days now. I have cleared cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still the same.

If you're still having issues with PVP, please send me a DM with the following information so we can look into this further:

The type of device you're currently playing on
Your NBA Live Mobile User ID - you can find this with the steps here (please do not post this information publicly in this thread as this ID is private account info)
If you're receiving any error messages, please provide those details as well
