Summarize your bug I spend $ 9.99 for premium live pass and did not receive it.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check my account. I will place a help request.
What happens when the bug occurs? I did not receive the premium pass for March.
What do you expect to see? I am now over 200 and did not receive the OVR player or 180 live tickets.
I have deleted the game on both my iPhone and iPad and did not receive the premium pass when I reinstalled the game. I also tried playing it on a friend’s phone and did not receive the premium pass on the friend’s device.

I m dealing with the same problem. So it has to be a general issue
I have his problem too , is there something you can do EA. I bought it but it won’t give me my rewards and I’m on IOS
I’ve also restarted my phone and the app. I deleted and reinstalled the game aswell. I resented my phone and everything.
i have this problem as well. Did all the trouble shooting still no luck please fix.

Got the same problem and couldn;t buy 92 Dom Wilkins because of that!!!
Any idea how long it will take to fix the problem in NBA live pass? Also will we be reimbursed the 30 dollars if not fixed soon? Or at least given the points that haven’t been rewarded in the last few days? And why has it taken so long to fix the problem with the “run button” where the dribbler starts spinning uncontrollably when you let off button. Spent a lot of money on this game not only this year but previous 4 seasons and it’s very frustrating. Thank you!
