Nba live mobile

I have or had an nba live mobile account for the past 5 years or so. Pretty much since the game first arrived in the playstore. I've built my teams up and have become an elite player. Every once in a while I have an issue logging in but it's usually corrected.  At this point I might as well go to nba 2k. I spend money in the app and build by teams. I use the app as a form of stress relief so I am stressed that customer service is no help and issues go unresolved.  It takes a post like this before any action is taken when an issue arises.  At the end of last season a message came up saying a bug has been detected but I stayed loyal. I wonder of this post will help!
