Nba Live won't load stuck on loading screen

I have downloaded NBA live the mobile game and when opening the app it asks me my date of birth and year, and then brings me to a loading screen. That loading screen doesn't change and it says "waiti...

I'm using iPhone 12 Pro Max, there is an update in Appstore and it fixs the problem, so, thanks so much for you guys or EA group's help. I can enjoy myself with the game again!
