im not receiving my points for ads or when I purchased with nba cash. I should have an extra 1500 from the ads and 2000 for the cash. Is there something I'm missing? I have teammates who said they've had the same issues.

@highme007 The team is currently investigating issues with ads not working 100% the way they should and we have threads regarding this at the top of these bug reporting forums. If you're not receiving content from purchased content though, please submit a case via in-game from the Settings menu (cogwheel) and visit Help. Submit a "Missing items" case to get in touch with an EA Advisor. They'll make sure you receive the content you were entitled to from a purchase. 👍

Summarize your bug Cant watch ads sometimes another problem is it took 2 of my leaderboard tickets while it womt even play the game
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to store, says ads unavailable and the when I play the game for the leaderboards it just keeps on loading for minutes
What happens when the bug occurs? Ads unavailable and wont lemme play the game
What do you expect to see? Watch ads and play the game

Today I was able to watch ads before it shut down again. Really dont know why it randomly says ads unavailable for some time aftee your watch ads. 2ndly I was playing JJ Redick event, the leaderboard game and it just keeps on loading and loading. Took 2 of my tickets without even letting me play. Please refund this or atleast just fix the gudang bug. The ads part is a bit more complicated. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt, while sometimes it both does and doesnt.

Sorry for the late response. USA. Now its working. The ads are now showing. Though, Ive noticed that ads seem to have a 24 hour cooldown. This is new, before the major update the caused all these problems with ads. Is the cooldown intentional? Im aware that some ads do have a cooldown (like tokens for campaigns, etc), but is there like a whole wide cooldown for all ads, such as stamina? And never mind the Leaderboad game taking my tickets, I could care less, just wanted to let yall know about it.

The Ad offers in the store have purchase limits and cool-down associated with them (you'll know by seeing a number like 0/5 and then a countdown timer after you watch them all with an option to be reminded. Those have a cool down of 24hrs. The ads that spring up after completing events do not.

Summarize your bug Ads are available but when you watch ads for campaigns, it says "Your transaction has been cancelled". You don't receive anything for watching the ad. This does not happen for stamina but with everything else.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Watch an ads for any of the campaigns and after u watch the ad it will pop up.
What happens when the bug occurs? After the ads is finish and you go back to nba live mobile it then pop ups that your transaction had been cancelled.
What do you expect to see? "Your transaction has been cancelled"

Sometimes this stops me from completing some campaigns but I really would like to play all the campaigns and live events.
